QA/ Support Specialist wanted

We are looking for a QA/ Support Specialist to join our team.
What you will be doing:
- Understand all functionality of products and projects for ad hoc requests;
- Support existing customers for our products by email, Skype, calls;
- Manage demo products functionality and show to customers with voice/video/screen sharing calls;
- Execute testing activities and responsibility for entire cycle of bugs management;
- Create and maintenance of all sort of Test Documentation.
